Description
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to enhance satisfaction.
- Analyze financial reports and implement growth strategies.
- Manage budgets and optimize branch performance.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- With significant and extensive experience in bank operations and marketing.
- A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience as Branch Operations Officer in the banking industry.
- Can develop and achieve business targets consistently.
- Able to source new business opportunities.
