Description
- Oversee daily operations of the branch
- Manage staff, providing leadership and support
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Develop and implement branch strategies to achieve goals
- Monitor financial performance and control cost
- Conduct training programs for staff development
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of management experience preferably in a retail or service environment
- Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Inventory management expertise
- Public speaking and presentation abilities
- Sales and after-sales management
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in customer management
- Effective problem solver
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee branch operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth
- Working Conditions: Primarily in an office/store environment with occasional evening or weekend shifts
