1. Manage store operations and staff
2. To coordinate with landlord regarding building concerns
3. To ensure all reports submitted are correct
4. To entertain customer queries
5. To ensure customers have a positive spa experience
6. To make sure the spa is in good condition - repairs, supplies, maintenance
7. To oversee branch sales
