• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, handle customer complaints professionally, and resolve issues in a timely manner. 
• Supervise, motivate, and manage store staff, including scheduling, training new employees, and conducting performance reviews. 
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods; monitor inventory levels and conduct stock checks.
