Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager who is passionate about driving brand growth through strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end brand campaigns and successfully launching new brands. This role requires creativity, leadership, and the ability to think strategically to elevate the brand and ensure its success in the market.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand marketing strategies, from concept to launch and beyond.

Manage end-to-end brand campaigns, ensuring all stages from ideation to execution are aligned with brand goals and objectives.

Oversee the creation of brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to build a compelling and consistent brand image.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, product, sales, and digital) to develop and execute integrated marketing plans that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Lead the kick-off and launch of new brands, ensuring a successful market entry and establishing a strong presence in the industry.

Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, market trends, and customer insights to continuously optimize and improve brand strategies.

Develop and manage the brand’s marketing budget, ensuring cost-efficient execution of campaigns and initiatives.

Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, influencers, and partners, to support brand objectives.

Plan and execute brand activations, events, and promotions to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Collaborate with the product development team to ensure brand alignment in new product launches.

Continuously innovate and seek opportunities to differentiate the brand from competitors.

Requirements

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in brand marketing, with a focus on end-to-end campaign management and brand launches.
  • Proven track record in launching and managing successful brand campaigns across various channels (TV, digital, social media, PR, etc.).
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including analytics software and social media management tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize brand strategies.
