Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote dental services, special offers, and clinic initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, budgeting, creative coordination, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with clinic operations, creative, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and service positioning.
  • Analyze campaign results and prepare comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor patient engagement metrics and conversion trends to refine marketing strategies.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with healthcare advertising standards and company policies.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, media partners, and third-party marketing providers.
  • Continuously research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities in the dental and healthcare sectors.


Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing or campaign management, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, CRM tools).
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, with attention to detail and brand alignment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a professional, fast-paced environment.
