- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify issues.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
- Collaborate with contractors for specialized repairs.
- Maintain records of work performed and supplies used.
- Ensure safety standards and compliance with regulations.
- Assist with facility upgrades and renovations as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in building maintenance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in air conditioning repair, electrical systems, installation, and use of power and hand tools. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Working Conditions: May involve outdoor work, exposure to varying temperatures, and potential noise from machinery.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently or collaboratively.
