- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.

- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, assist in repairs, and ensure a safe and maintained environment.
- Working Conditions: Varied environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, may involve physical labor.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
