- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in welding, air conditioning repair, electrical installation, and routine inspections.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Perform maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety standards are met.
- Working Conditions: Varied indoor and outdoor environments with potential exposure to machinery and tools.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
