- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC repairs.

- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Assist with setup and teardown for events.
- Collaborate with contractors for major repairs.
Requirements
