Description
Assist with day to day operations.
- Conducts routine inspection of the building and equipment (structural, plumbing, electrical etc.)
- Performs preventive measures to the building to reduce risk of future problems
- Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
- Handles basic repairs and maintenance
Requirements
- At least less than 1 year of experience
- At least a graduate of any 2 year course or Vocational degree
- Skilled in using hand and power tools
- With experience in performing routine maintenance
- Organized and have good time management skills
