Job Description
- Gather and analyze business requirements to support project goals
- Identify trends and insights from complex datasets to guide decisions
- Support project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination
- Assess and improve business processes for better efficiency
- Analyze performance data and present actionable reports and KPIs
- Collaborate with teams to design and implement business solutions
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Communicate project updates and outcomes clearly
- Research industry trends and competitor activity for strategic input
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Business, Finance, IT, or related fields
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in business analysis and process improvement
- Have a good skills in Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and presentation abilities
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn and stay current with industry trends
- Proficiency in English
- Willing to relocate and work onsite in Bahrain
