Description

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including IT, product management, and marketing, to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Assist in the testing phase by developing test cases and performing user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management
  • Create business process diagrams using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
  • Create RACI, Inputs and Outputs, Business Requirements Documents, Process Master List or Inventory

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus
  • Must have 3+ to 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
  • Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the local power distribution, utilities, or energy sector
  • Knowledge of billing systems and data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of the relevant regulations and policies in the electricity industry
  • Experience working in Meralco, Ayala Energy, or ACEN, Aboitiz Power is an ideal
