  • Whether it’s establishing a new presence, conducting market research, identifying investment opportunities, or managing cross-border transactions, our client delivers comprehensive support throughout the entire business expansion process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client/customer acquisition (main priority)
  • Social media engagement (basic level)
  • Preparing marketing materials
  • Delivering presentations
  • Handoff of leads to the Migration team

Primary role description:

a) processing of immigration files in the Philippines (manage client portfolios including day to day work, communications, initiation of cases, tracking & managing client’s applications up to completion stage);

b) business development for migration clients to Europe;

c) business development of real estate investment in Spain & Portugal (especially HNWI);

d) liaison with corporate service providers and law firms in the Philippines.

Secondary role description:

a) business opportunity matchmaking; ie, search of Philippine investors into 

Europe or Philippine investors that would like to franchise European brands;

b) marketing activities and member acquisition in Business Chambers chaired by the firm.

Expectations:

a) attend events eg (chambers of commerce, relevant trade exhibitions);

b) manage marketing and social network;

c) source and engage leads; d) have preliminary discussions with said leads.

Requirements

  • Highly driven and motivated
  • Experience in real estate/investments handling high-net-worth individuals would be highly advantageous
  • With extensive network of potential clients
  • Proactive and dynamic approach
  • Proven track record of client acquisition
  • Languages: excellent command of English

Note: A nice-to-have requirement for this role would be experience in the migration industry.
