We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving expansion, forging partnerships, and strengthening market presence. This is a leadership role for a motivated, strategic, and results-oriented professional who thrives on turning opportunities into reality.



What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
  2. Manage the end-to-end business cycle: from prospecting and deal negotiation to contract closing and onboarding.
  3. Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving repeat business and referrals.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  6. Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to measure performance and shape growth strategies.
  7. Lead land acquisition efforts, feasibility studies, and partnership development to support expansion projects.


What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Real Estate Management, Urban Planning, or related field (Master’s preferred but not required).
  • Experience: 5–7 years in business development, land acquisition, urban planning, or a related role.
  • Knowledge & Skills:
  • Solid background in real estate principles, feasibility analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • An entrepreneurial and analytical mindset, with problem-solving ability.
  • A proven innovator who can challenge norms and identify new opportunities.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and documentation skills.
