Description
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand blockchain projects and partnerships.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate potential collaborations with key stakeholders, including blockchain companies, investors, and institutional partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in blockchain and cryptocurrency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international partners, clients, and regulators.
- Manage end-to-end project execution of blockchain initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (tech, product, legal, and operations) to support project implementation.
- Represent the company at blockchain events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and business insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, with at least 1 years in blockchain, fintech, or cryptocurrency industry.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and related regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record in managing strategic partnerships and business growth initiatives.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is required
