Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead lead generation initiatives and expand our client base within the high-end construction or luxury furniture industry. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in identifying business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Experience in premium or bespoke product/service markets is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and qualify new business leads through research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies across multiple channels (digital, referrals, cold outreach, events).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-value clients and strategic partnerships.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Develop long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and high-end clientele.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handover and client satisfaction.
  • Market & Industry Insight
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in luxury construction/furnishing.
  • Provide regular feedback to the management team to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition—preferably in high-end construction, luxury furniture, or related sectors.
  • Proven success in lead generation and managing a robust sales pipeline.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven and customer-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A well-developed network within the construction, architecture, or interior design community is a plus.
