Job Description
作为业务发展经理/领导，您将负责在您的地区建立和管理与关键合作伙伴、KOL及交易伙伴的关系。您将引入高质量流量，执行活动，并帮助Toobit扩大区域用户基础。
职责：
- 识别、招募和管理高绩效的合作伙伴和交易代理。
- 制定定制的激励计划以提升业绩。
- 作为公司的代表，维护与KOL和营销渠道的良好关系，以实现长期合作。
- 负责执行和评估KOL营销策略，跟踪和分析渠道合作结果，并进行调整，以确保最佳表现和最大投资回报。
- 协调当地的促销活动和事件。
- 保持对全球行业发展趋势和竞争对手动态的敏感，制定相应的战略行动。
