Job Description:

1. Market Development: Responsible for identifying, expanding, and maintaining global users and partners for contract products, establishing long-term cooperative relationships.

2. Channel Cooperation: Expand the user base of contract products on the trading platform through diverse channels (agents, media, communities, etc.), enhancing brand influence and market share.

3. Partnership Negotiation: Conduct business negotiations with potential partners to reach mutually beneficial cooperation agreements, promoting in-depth collaboration on contract products.

4. Industry Research: Stay informed about and analyze market trends, competitors, and user demands, providing data support for product optimization and market strategy.

5. Event Planning: Plan and execute marketing activities related to contract trading, increasing user engagement and platform transaction volume.

6. User Management: Establish and maintain a core user group for contract products, regularly communicate with key clients to ensure timely responses to user needs.


Job Responsibilities:

1. Business Expansion & Partnership Facilitation: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with Web3 projects, KOLs, DAOs, trading communities, and institutional investors.

2. Sales & Business Growth: Drive user growth on the platform, negotiate cooperation agreements, ensuring long-term collaboration and sustainable revenue.

3. Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Research industry trends and competitive dynamics, providing valuable business decision-making advice to the company.

4. Industry Resource Expansion: Represent the company at Web3 industry conferences, community events, and establish deep connections on platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, and Discord.

5. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that business development strategies align with the company's overall goals.


Job Requirements:

1. Fluent in Chinese and English (mandatory), able to communicate effectively and promote international collaboration.

2. Web3 Industry Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, GameFi, or related fields.

3. Business Development Experience: Experience in business development, sales, market expansion, or investment, with a certain level of resources in the Web3 industry.

4. Strong Initiative & Goal-Driven: Possess an entrepreneurial mindset willing to proactively seek opportunities, solve problems, and adapt to fast-paced industry changes.

5. Excellent Negotiation and Communication Skills: Able to build trust with various partners and promote long-term cooperation.

6. Strong Self-Motivation: Capable of independently planning and executing tasks with minimal supervision.

7. Preferred Web3 Network: Candidates with connections to crypto KOLs, investment institutions, project teams, or communities will be prioritized.

8. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, finance, economics, or blockchain-related fields.
