Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global marketing, technical, operations, and community teams to develop and drive the execution of the company’s international business expansion strategy.
• Lead strategic partnership negotiations and relationship-building with the global Web3 ecosystem (including but not limited to public blockchains, leading protocols, investment institutions, media outlets, and KOLs), expanding use cases and revenue streams. As the company’s international ambassador, regularly participate in industry conferences, seminars, and networking events worldwide to establish and maintain a high-value international network and enhance the brand’s global influence.
• Own localized market expansion in key regions: identify and engage core local resources and partners to drive business implementation.

Basic Requirements

• Native-level English proficiency with a neutral accent, capable of conducting in-depth business negotiations, public speaking, and cross-cultural team collaboration without any barriers.
• Thorough understanding of Western business etiquette and communication styles, with a confident, open, and efficient international demeanor; able to quickly build trust and rapport with overseas teams and partners.
• Deep knowledge of and passion for the Web3, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems, with the ability to develop strategic insights based on industry trends.
• Excellent business negotiation, interpersonal, and resource-integration skills, with at least 2 years of international business development or ecosystem partnership experience.
• Extensive experience participating in international events, with the ability to professionally represent the company on the global stage.

• Extensive and in-depth network with key decision-makers in global public blockchains, investment institutions, and project teams.
• Multiple successful partnership cases led with top-tier international public blockchains or ecosystem projects.
• Experience in investment project analysis or access to high-quality investment channels.
• Based overseas (Europe, North America, Singapore, or other Web3 hubs preferred), or able to undertake frequent international travel.
