Job Responsibilities 1. Oversee Europe market growth strategy: Conduct in-depth analysis of the European DeFi/Perp DEX landscape and user preferences (trading habits, community ecosystems); develop targeted growth initiatives (acquisition, retention, trade conversion); lead the breakdown and implementation of quarterly/monthly GMV goals, KOL partnership targets, and community growth KPIs. 2. Build and maintain the KOL ecosystem: Establish and expand a network of Europe-based Perp DEX/DeFi KOLs, YouTubers, and industry opinion leaders (KOCs); handle outreach, negotiation, contracting, and long-term relationship management; plan co-branded promotions, live-stream roadshows, contract trading challenges, and other campaigns to boost brand visibility and user conversion. 3. Expand core commercial resources: Identify and manage relationships with European projects, wallet providers, crypto communities, and exchanges; drive ecosystem partnerships (asset integrations, cross-platform traffic, community co-marketing); prioritize high-value channels to support market growth. 4. Lead community operations and brand localization: Establish and manage local European communities (Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X); design activities aligned with regional user behaviors (trading contests, AMAs, offline meetups); cultivate EdgeX’s professional brand voice in Europe to increase user engagement and reputation. 5. Drive market feedback and strategy iteration: Monitor European market trends and competitor moves (e.g., HyperLiquid, Bybit Europe); gather user and partner feedback; produce market analysis reports; advocate localization and optimization of product features and operational strategies. Mandatory Requirements 1. Geography & Language: Based long-term in Europe (preferably Germany, Netherlands, Turkey, Russia, France) or willing to travel frequently across Europe; fluent in Chinese plus at least one European language (English required; German, French, Russian, or Turkish preferred). 2. Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years in blockchain business development, KOL management, or market growth, with hands-on experience at a Perp DEX or leading Perp CEX (e.g., Bybit, Bitget, Phemex); strong grasp of Perp DEX mechanisms (AMM/Order Book, funding rates, liquidation logic, multi-chain compatibility). 3. Resources & Skills: Proven network of European DeFi/KOL contacts, project teams, wallets, and crypto communities; track record of independently initiating and closing business partnerships; excellent negotiation and resource-integration abilities to swiftly establish collaborations and achieve targets.
