＜業務内容＞

・社会的課題の調査と構造整理

・ビジョンやシナリオを描く事業企画

・人間関係やボトルネックの洞察

・リスクマネジメントなども踏まえたプロジェクト設計

・多くの関係者を動かしながら目標を達成するプロジェクトマネジメント

Requirements

＜必須＞

・シナリオを描くスキル

・提案の仮説を持って、情報収集することができるスキル

・タスクの全体像を俯瞰し、決められたタスクを期限内に質・量共に満たすことができるスキル

・提案書のフレームワークやパターンを理解し、整理して表現することができる資料作成スキル

・ビジネスモデルや収益構造を理解、整理するスキル

・相手が求めるていることを的確に把握し、適切なタイミングで確認・報告するスキル

・大学卒、大学院卒
