We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to expand our business.

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into new clients
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and exploring opportunities for additional business
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on target accounts, strategies, and messaging
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents to clients
• Provide regular updates and reports on your sales activities, pipeline, and performance
• Continuously expand your industry knowledge and stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor information

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the sales industry (Modern Trade)
• Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and maintaining long-term relationships
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• A self-motivated, results-driven, and competitive mindset
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
