Business Development Officers are responsible for strategizing and implementing plans to boost company sales and relationships.

Will work to expand the company’s client base, forge new business relationships and maintain existing ones.

• Identifying new business opportunities and partners
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts and profitability
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and key persons
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
• Coordinating with other internal departments to ensure investor needs are fulfilled effectively
• Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential investors
• Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue
• Providing customer service and support to existing clients to maintain the company’s credibility
• Reporting to senior management on business updates, new opportunities, and progress towards annual company goals
• Attending networking events, conferences, meetings, and industry events to build relationships and promote the company’s products/services

• Proven work experience as a Business Development Officer or similar role.
• Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in project management and/or sales.
• Knowledge of productivity tools and software in hospital setting.
• High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
