RecruitGo is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Administrator to support our sales and business development team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate CRM data by entering client visit reports, creating follow-up tasks, and researching new business leads. Your work will directly support the team’s ability to convert leads into long-term business relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes work, has a knack for data accuracy, and thrives in a structured, process-driven environment.


  • Accurately enter data from face-to-face client visit reports into the CRM system, ensuring all fields are complete.
  • Create follow-up tasks and assign them to the correct team members to drive timely actions.
  • Input new lead records into the system when required, ensuring all essential details are recorded.
  • Conduct basic online research to gather missing company details such as addresses, websites, contact names, and credit limits.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure up-to-date, accurate information is always available to the team.
  • Assist the Business Development team with general administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to consistently follow processes and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable performing basic internet research for company information.
  • Clear written communication and good English proficiency.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (experience preferred, but training will be provided).
