We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to join the core team at PayDD. You will be responsible for driving market collaboration and business growth in key areas such as cross-border enterprises and Web3, establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships, and assisting in the creation of a commercially influential ecosystem.

• Develop and manage cooperation channels, partners, and B-end customer resources to drive business growth  
• Identify potential market opportunities, formulate business development strategies, and create actionable growth plans  
• Work closely with product, operations, and technology teams to convert customer needs into product optimization directions  
• Participate in business negotiations, contract signing processes, and the execution of cooperative projects  
• Maintain customer relationships, track cooperation effectiveness, and enhance customer satisfaction and renewal rates  
• Represent the company at industry conferences, forums, and various external communication events to enhance brand influence
