1.具有1年及以上的交易所经验
2.行业内人脉资源（特别是有项目方、KOL、社区资源）
3.沟通与谈判能力
4.对产品和市场的理解力
5.多语言能力（在全球化运营时尤其重要）
6.最好有交易所经验，如：bingx、gate、mexc、weex、bitget等等交易所从事过的BD我们会优先考虑录取，要求全职远程办公。
