Qualifications:

Insurance Products and Process Knowledge: Understanding of the policy life cycle.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of systems integration, SDLC/Waterfall, and Agile methodologies. Ability to create User Test Plans, testing, and regression conditions.

Soft Skills: Strong business writing skills. Ability to facilitate meetings with stakeholders at all levels.

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Business Writing, MS Office, and email applications; background in Agile methodology.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer service focus. Strong time management, prioritization, and deadline adherence.

Product/Process Knowledge: Ability to understand basic insurance processes or principles. Experience in life insurance processing is a plus.

Job Description:

Collaborate with Operations to identify process/system improvements and translate into business requirements.

Conduct impact analysis, manage scope, and secure stakeholder sign-off.

Support RCAT completion for project documentation.

Act as a liaison between Operations and IT, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Review and ensure User Test Plans align with business needs and include full testing coverage.

Monitor UAT progress, track issues, and escalate risks to stakeholders.

Address project deficiencies, resolve issues, and escalate delays as needed.

Support training teams with documentation, T3 sessions, and System Enhancement Advisories.

Track project status and support benefit reporting for ITPC.

Lead resolution of assigned production issues.

Perform other tasks to support operational goals and KPIs.
