We are seeking an experienced CAD Designer to join our talented team at Stile Italia Inc.'. This is a full-time position based in our Makati City, Metro Manila office. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Your work will play a vital part in the development and realization of our clients' innovative projects.

What you'll be doing

• Producing accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models for architectural, interior design, and construction projects
• Collaborating closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand design requirements and translate them into CAD-based solutions
• Updating and modifying existing CAD drawings and designs based on client feedback and project changes
• Ensuring all CAD files are well-organized and properly archived for future reference
• Providing support and guidance to junior team members on the use of CAD software and best practices
• Staying up-to-date with the latest CAD technologies, tools, and industry standards

What we're looking for

• A degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a CAD Designer or Architectural Drafting role
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other industry-standard CAD and visualization software including Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, Revit, D5 Render, and 3ds Max.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, accurate technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve design issues
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
