Position Overview: We are hiring a BIM Renderer with 3–5 years of experience in creating high-quality 3D models and visualizations. Candidates must be equipped to work remotely with their own hardware/software and ideally have experience with Middle East construction practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, and other tools

• Create realistic renderings and walkthroughs for client presentation

• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP elements in unified models

• Apply Middle East design standards and project workflows

• Communicate effectively with remote teams and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field

• 3–5 years of BIM modeling/rendering experience, ideally with Middle East exposure

• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, Lumion, or similar visualization tools

• Experience in remote project coordination and cloud-based collaboration platforms

• Must have own workstation, licensed software, and reliable internet

• Knowledge of Gulf region BIM protocols and client preferences is advantageous
