The CAD Operator prepares plans and drawings based on equations, calculations and written instructions provided by the architects, designers or engineers taking in consideration actual site conditions provided by the field personnel.

A. Education

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture

B. Experience

· At least one (1) year technical work experience as a CAD Operator in a construction company

· Knowledge of engineering practices and methods

· Ability to read and understand construction plans

· Knowledge of/skills in basic algebra and geometry used in calculating figures and amounts

· Knowledge of/skills in CAD software such as CW CAD, AutoDesk, Sketch Up-Proficient

· Knowledge of/skills in MS Office-Basic

· Attention to detail

· Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, an advantage

· Verbal and written communication skills-Intermediate

· Professional attitude and appearance
