As a Call Center Agent at ResultsCX, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role includes:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails.
• Assisting customers with billing inquiries, product information, troubleshooting, and account updates.
• Delivering excellent customer service by actively listening, empathizing, and resolving concerns efficiently.
• Following company processes, compliance, and quality standards.
• Providing accurate information and escalating complex issues when needed.

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate or High School graduate (Old Curriculum)
