Description:

As a Call Center Agent at ResultsCX, you will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails.
• Providing assistance with billing, account updates, troubleshooting, and product information.
• Ensuring top-quality customer experience by listening actively and solving concerns quickly.
• Following company policies, compliance standards, and customer service best practices.
• Escalating complex issues when needed.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates, career shifters, and experienced agents who want to thrive in the BPO industry.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate or High School graduate (Old Curriculum)
