- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and update customer records in the database.
- Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience for all callers.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and achieve team goals.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English communication, strong customer service skills, familiarity with call center operations
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent listening skills, patience, and a positive attitude
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow scripts and guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency
