- Handle patient calls, emails & appointment confirmations
- Assist with referrals, pre-approvals & follow-ups
- Manage patient records & ensure HIPAA compliance
- Generate & send medical reports
Qualifications:
- College Graduate (Strong Communication skills)
- SHS Graduate or College Undergraduate ( 6 months of BPO experience)
