Description
- Answer incoming customer calls and address inquiries.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints with professionalism.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet targets.
- Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Assist in training new team members as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in managing a sales pipeline and providing exceptional customer service.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
