- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products/services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service quality.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for compliance and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: No experience required; training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong communication, and active listening skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may require shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, patient, empathetic, and adaptable under pressure.
