We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team! As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.


  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, chat, or email
  • Assist customers with inquiries, billing, and account-related concerns
  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of issues
  • Document and escalate cases as needed
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

  • College graduate (BPO experience not required)
  • If undergraduate: must have completed at least 2nd year in college + minimum of 1 year BPO experience
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
  • Willing to work onsite with night shift/shifting schedules
