- Handle incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Document calls and maintain records of customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language

- Skills and Competencies: Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal and people skills
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with call center operations
