  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support.

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience Level: 1-2 years in customer service or call center environment.
