Description
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Document all interactions in the system.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
Requirements
- College Graduate without BPO experience
- 2nd year Undergrad with At least 6mos BPO experience
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: No experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain records, and provide support.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with structured hours; may require evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
