Description

  • Assist customers with inquiries and issues via phone.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while managing customer interactions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to call center policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service skills, ability to handle calls efficiently.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, primarily office-based, with flexible hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, patience, and empathy towards customers.
