A Call Center Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and resolving issues related to products or services, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Customer Service: non-Insurance accounts
- Open to HS(old curriculum)/SHS grads, college undergraduates and college grads with at least 6 months of BPO experience
- Good communication skills
- Open to work full time RTO (Return to Office)
- Amenable to work on shifting scheduled and during holidays if needed
