- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries effectively.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions in the call tracking system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent English language proficiency

- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal and people skills
