Kami sedang mencari Agen Pusat Panggilan untuk menangani panggilan masuk dan keluar secara jarak jauh. Anda akan melakukan berbagai tugas administratif, termasuk menjawab panggilan dan menjadwalkan pertemuan. Koneksi internet yang kuat dan pengalaman dengan alat komunikasi diperlukan untuk peran ini.

 

  • Memproses lalu lintas panggilan masuk dan keluar untuk memenuhi syarat prospek dan melakukan transfer langsung
  • Memenuhi syarat calon pelanggan
  • Menyelesaikan pertanyaan klien
  • Mempersiapkan spreadsheet pelanggan dan memelihara catatan online


Kompensasi

  • Upah: $2,84 per jam ($500 USD per bulan untuk 176 jam kerja)
  • Insentif: Hingga $500 USD per bulan
  • Jam Lembur: Jam tambahan di luar 176 akan dikompensasi secara terpisah
