職位要求
- 學歷要求：具相關領域學士學位者優先，但應屆畢業生可不具備。
- 經驗層級：應屆畢業或具有 0–2 年客戶服務或呼叫中心經驗者。
- 技能與能力：具備良好溝通能力；能以同理心與客戶建立連結。
- 特質與品格：積極正向、具備問題解決能力與多工處理能力。
- 工作條件：能在快節奏環境下工作，並可能配合晚間或週末班次。
