- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions in the system accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance targets.
Requirements
- Job Title: Call Center Representative
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in customer service preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent verbal communication, and problem-solving abilities.
