Description
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles.
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries.
- Negotiate prices and financing options.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and showcase vehicles. Handle negotiations and paperwork.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Meet sales targets and report daily activities to management.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through excellent service.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a Diploma in business or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced dealership environment, flexible hours, including weekends.
