Description
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in elderly care, including assisting with daily activities and medication management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide companionship and personal care, monitor health conditions, and communicate with families.
- Working Conditions: Primarily in home settings, may include weekends and nights.
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, patient, reliable, and possess good communication skills.
