• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming shopping experience
• Operate cash registers, scanners, and other point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
• Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and product inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
• Restock impulse-buy items and bag merchandise efficiently
• Follow all store policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Work collaboratively with team members and assist with other duties as needed (e.g., stocking, cleaning, holiday wrapping)
• Provide quick and courteous service during high-volume periods

Qualifications

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player
• Willing to be assigned in Las Pinas, Makati, Ortigas, Quezon City
